10 Steps To A Great Paint Project
We understand that your time and property are precious, so we've developed a process that is easy and convenient. We communicate with transparency each step of the way, and promptly answer all your questions.
1. Contact Us
Get in touch with us by filling out our contact form or by giving us a call.
2. Phone Consultation
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your project in-depth. You can send us pictures of how you’d like your home to look so that we can get a better understanding of your vision. Then, we’ll schedule you for an on-site visit.
3. On-Site Consultation
We inspect your home to decide on final logistics and offer you an exact quote and timeline for your upcoming project.
4. Sign The Contract
5. Schedule Project Date
Once the deposit is collected, we’ll pick the best time to start your project. Depending on the scope of your project, our team will be on-site for an average of 3 days.
6. Pre-Job Walkthrough
On the project start date, you’ll meet with Anna, our Project Manager. You’ll have a walkthrough with Anna and the crew to make sure we are all on the same page. She’ll let you in on every detail and how every stage of the process will unfold.
7. Prepare and Paint

Once your project is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure every inch of your walls is painted to perfection.
9. Love Your Home
After your project is finished, the final invoice will be paid. You and your loved ones will get to enjoy the new and refreshed colors of your home.
10. Follow-Up
We’d love to hear from you how you’re enjoying your new home. You’ll receive a call from us after three days, three weeks, and three months to check in. After 12 months, we return in person to make sure your new colors look as fresh as the day we left. If you’re thinking of another project, we would love to hear about it!
